The intergovernmental agreement between Moldova and Lithuania on technical and financial cooperation entered into force on Friday, following the publication of the law on its ratification and the presidential decree on promulgation in the Official Monitor. The agreement was signed in May in Vilnius in order to strengthen economic cooperation and increase Moldova’s energy independence.
