Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu is arriving in Ankara today as a guest of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, with a Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette ahead of the visit announcing visa-free travel for Romanian citizens entering Turkiye.
President Erdogan will officially welcome Prime Minister Ciolacu with a ceremony at the Presidential Complex.
