The international tourist departures in Romania were forecast to continuously increase between 2024 and 2029 by in total 10.6 million departures (+41.55 percent). After the ninth consecutive increasing year, the number of depatures is estimated to reach 36.15 million departures and therefore a new peak in 2029.
