(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211; <\/p>\n<p>   Iberdrola ha anunciado este lunes la venta a Premier Energy Group de su negocio renovable en Ruman\u00eda por un total de 88 de millones de euros, como parte de su plan de desinversiones de activos no estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n<p>   En concreto, Premier Energy Group, a trav\u00e9s de su filial rumana Premier Renewable Invest, se ha hecho con el control del 100% de la sociedad e\u00f3lica Dobrogea One, hasta ahora propiedad de la compa\u00f1\u00eda espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<p>   De este modo, Iberdrola se desprende de los 80 megavatios (MW) e\u00f3licos que ten\u00eda en la regi\u00f3n, con lo que deja ya de operar en Ruman\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>   La compa\u00f1\u00eda que preside&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europapress.es\/economia\/noticia-iberdrola-vende-negocio-renovable-rumania-88-millones-euros-sale-pais-20240429082116.html\">fuente<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MADRID, 29 Abr.
